As critical elements in any project delivery, Project Management / Construction Management are offered as key services of ARE. Our methodology in these areas has been developed over three decades of experience from our directors and staff working with the construction industry across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa.
The overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting a client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
Our most common responsibilities in this role fall into seven categories: Project Management Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, and Construction Management.
We also provide specific activities including defining the responsibilities and management structure of the project management team; organising and leading by implementing project controls; defining roles and responsibilities, developing communication protocols, and identifying elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

Maximizing resource efficiency through procurement of labour, materials and equipment.
Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, contracting and construction in the entire process.
Developing effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.
